      This was the worst experience I’ve had with a hairdresser to date.I arrived at my appointment on time and ready.She told me to wait outside so she could get me.I waited outside in the cold for half an hour.When she finally came to get me she was rude and unprofessional. She was on her phone from the moment she came to get me and when I asked her where I could put my stuff as I was carrying things as I travelled far to come to her she shrugged.She didn’t even try to offer me a seat or apologise for the lateness.She was still doing somebody’s hair so I waited again.By the time she was ready to start my hair I’d already been waiting a good hour.To make it even worse she sat down while I waited in the chair and was on her phone watching videos on Snapchat.I was so shocked somebody could treat a customer like this. When she started on my hair she said I didn’t bring the right hair even though her booking site states no specific hair is wanted which is very unprofessional.She still did my hair but I was so surprised it took her 10 minutes after all the time I waited and the effort I made to be on time for my appointment .It was so rushed.There was nothing she did to style my hair that I could have not done at home with a YouTube video.I even ended up finishing the hairstyle myself in her mirror because I was so disappointed.At first I thought she may be having an off day because there’s no way a business can still be running this way until I saw so many reviews of similar
      Experiences.If you decide to book in with her please don’t have high expectations as she has no customer service skills whatsoever.

      I booked an appointment for my daughters birthday meal, both mine and my daughters appointment was scheduled for a set time, a few hours before our appointment she cancelled because she said I didn’t pay a deposit which I did as I had been communicating over dm with her when I explained this she said she can do our hair but to come later. This wasn’t a issue as we was coming from Kent! When we arrived she left the shop to go out she came back 40mins later and was on the phone and just taking her time talking about things that didn’t need to be discussed in front of clients. She then started my daughters which looked good, when it was time to start mine another client came in who she had booked in for the same time as she rebooked us for this client had a bday meal to attend. She rushed my hair which needed up looking thin a few days later we took it out as it was sore and my daughter had glue stick in her natural hair.
      She has her availability on her site but when you book that slot she ends up not being available. She’s a young girl so I think if she put effort into her business she really could do well. But customer service is key

      Probably one of my worst experiences ever!

      After I paid my deposit & booked my appointment I was asked if I could reschedule for a later time. I agreed and once I got to the shop she wasn’t there and I was waiting for at least half an hour – only to realise she was in a car outside the shop with a boy.

      Once we got started on my hair, she was on her phone the whole time, scrolling through Instagram, looking at her Snapchat. At one point I told her I was going to leave because I didn’t want her to do my hair anymore. Her and the people in the shop persuaded me to stay, that she would finish off my hair.

      She did actually try and put some effort after that in all fairness. After I got to my apartment to celebrate my birthday (a couple of hours later), all my friends told me to take out the ponytail because the gel she used made my hair look grey and the ponytail was so thin even though I had provided two bundles to be used.

      Don’t book her sis – it’s better to watch a YouTube tutorial and try your luck there.

        Overall an okay experience.

        Her communication lacks as I arrived for my appointment on time and had to wait 10/15mins outside until she came to the shop and the only way to reach her was through Instagram and she wasn’t answering dms. She couldn’t remember my appointment until I reminded her.

        When I got there she was doing someone’s hair but she was friendly and chatty but I had not plans so I didn’t mind the wait… so take that into consideration.

        All in all it was an alright experience. She did my hair really well and my hair lasted 8 days, taking the pony off was a hassle as the sew in was tight tight but she did ask me if it’s too tight as we went on.

      I have had two experiences with ponydbyblasian, the first time was last year August for a high bun.
      The only issue on the first occasion is the state of the salon – half the furniture was broken, the salon was very messy and there was even half eaten food (chicken and chips) all over the floor. There was also a large mixed crowd directly outside her store, who were her friends and would come in and out of the salon also, and stood by while she took pictures of the hairstyle after which was quite intimidating. The second time was in November, at a different more presentable salon. I booked my appointment and was then told to arrive later than planned, after agreeing, I get to the salon – mind you I don’t live in the area, and I’m met by the male owner, assuming she would be there at the time planned. The owner had me wait outside, in the cold, while I had tried to get through on the phone but failed. Eventually, she messaged back to say that she is at a local hair shop 10 minutes away and she didn’t know that I would be there at the time SHE rescheduled for despite the obvious agreement. I waited for her between 40 minutes to an hour, messaging her throughout and with the salon owner also attempting as he himself says she continues to do this to her clients. Throughout this time she was sending me rude voicenotes blaming me for not giving her a time – mind you the time 1 was agreed and she did not her there till after 2. When she did eventually arrive, she was on the phone the whole time, arguing with someone and even tried to get me involved at one point mentioning her client (me) could prove something in her conversations, I do not know her. She did offer me a free hairstyle for running late and when I asked her for it a few days after this appointment she said she could only do a ponytail for free, despite offering me any free hairstyle, so I refused. At this second appointment my desired hairstyle was a ponytail, when she sewed it in the hair was causing me pain, as if it was too tight, which I did mention. When I took the hair out less than two weeks later it was another hairstylist who noticed bruising and a bald patch where the ponytail was put on my head. I advised her of this where she argued back and fourth and then decided to offer me another free hairstyle which I said NO to. Bottom line is she’s rude, doesn’t take accountability for her actions and VERY unprofessional.

      The worst hairdresser EVER. She’s rude and her customer service is appalling. my appointment with her was suppose to be around 11am. I woke up at 8 to see a message she had sent me at 2am… yes 2am saying I need to come earlier because she has an “appointment”. Cool I came to the salon around 9:30 if I recall. To see she was still doing somebody else’s hair. So I had to wait another hour for her to get started on mine. She made me blow dry out my hair myself. And also told me I couldn’t do the style I wanted because “I didn’t have enough weave” I’m pretty sure I had a lot but I just felt like she was feeling lazy so just wanted me to do a ponytail instead. I cba to argue so I was like okay. She started on my hair and not even half way she said she has to stop so she can go to this appointment. I was like but my hair is quarter done. Where will I wait. She said I need to find somewhere to wait for her… mind you I don’t live in north I’m from south so I don’t even know the area like that. I then had to call my friend and go to her place for abit whilst this girl goes to her “appointment”. She told me she would be 45mins max….. guys please tell me why this girl took about 2 hours no joke. When she finally decided to tell me she was on her way back I then left my friends home to go back to the salon assuming she was there. I got there and she still weren’t back so I had to wait outside the shop in the freezing cold, hair half done looking like one idiot. I waited out there for a good 40mins I honestly just wanted to go home at that point because I felt so upset that somebody could treat a customer like this. Whilst I was messaging her when I was waiting her replies to me was just rude and ignorant especially when I told her I don’t want to pay her the full amount because of how she has treated me today. She ended up doing my hair whilst being on the phone and not speaking to me one bit. I won’t go on but I just want to say for a simple ponytail look she wasted my WHOLE day and had the cheek to get rude to me. my experience with this girl was disgusting. I don’t know who she thinks she is but she really needs to learn to respect people if she wants this career to flourish

      I actually wish I found this website sooner! I used her ahead of my 21st birthday and she flopped me! Cancelled a few hours before the appointment and and the way she communicates is not professional at all! you can tell she young and needs to learn a lot about communicating with customers! I thought my experience was a one off but i’m not even surprised to hear people have also received such awful service

      I found her on instagram and her work looked amazing but honestly her attitude stinks!! She treats you as if you’re doing her a favour for using her! I also feel shes not trained on her properly cos my hair felt damage when I washed it a few days later. Not recommended at ALLL!

      Literally the worst hairdresser to ever exist on earth. The day I booked the appointment she called me from a house party at 11.45pm saying she was going to send her bank details to pay the £20 the deposit. She then text me 40mins before my appointment asking me to reschedule to 2 hours later. When I told her I couldn’t she pretended she was on her way, waited 90mins and she didn’t bother to show up. I didn’t bother to ask for my deposit back, she clearly needs the money as she didn’t have credit on her phone to call me.

      Took 45 minutes to start my hair, got her friend who doesn’t work for her to do my cornrows for half up half down hair style. Friend didn’t know how to blow dry so I had to blow dry my hair myself The owner left the shop, didn’t notify me and left me waiting when I had an appointment elsewhere and had to leave by 6pm (appointment started at 3:45 and she says the install takes 1.5 hours) When she came back I kindly communicated with her to finish my hair before she started anyone else’s as I was there first and the rest were walk ins She proceeded to say that I should leave and she’ll give me back my deposit at this time my hair is half done – she then began bitching about me to her friends in the salon just a metre away from me like I couldn’t hear her The next day the pony tail fell out and the cornrows were unraveling

      Firstly she asked a friend to wash out my perm who had no clue how to do so.. I asked for a style, she recommend another but I believe she did this so she could spend less time on my hair.. she made comments to say she was going out, so I believe she wanted to rush through the style.. the hair was thin even though she said the bundle was full. She then short changed me £10 to which I had to ask for this back.

        Where do I even start, her page looks professional but thats where it ends. From her communication she had a bad attitude and was very rude. I had already paid a deposit, yet a few days later texted me demanding a deposit. I had to send her over proof I had paid, which i think shows poor organisation.
        On the day of my appointment she tried to reschedule my appointment bearing in mind it was my birthday. Her attitude was disgusting and she refused to refund my deposit. I was left in tears. Zero customer service, she is not a professional.
